Robert Nascenzi
President and CEO
Mr. Nascenzi joined DefenseWeb in September of 2011 and led the company’s transformation into nliven - a leading provider of technology solutions that help people achieve lifelong well-being. He continues to oversee the executive management team as the company grows into one of the largest and most admired technology companies in Southern California. Nascenzi has led numerous successful information systems and analytics companies and has earned the respect of his peers as a creative c-level executive. He holds a BA from Boston College and earned his MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Chris Fletcher
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Fletcher is responsible for advancing the company’s overall technological capabilities and strategies. He has a proven track record overseeing the successful development and implementation of highly innovative, large-scale web systems, mobile applications and client/server-based data management applications. Fletcher holds a BA from the University of La Verne.
Denise Ciotti
Vice President, Government Sales and Marketing
Ms. Ciotti oversees sales and marketing for DefenseWeb and is responsible for all business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Government sector. She is an accomplished sales professional with over 20 years of sales, business development and management experience with companies in the computer, software, financial and publishing industries.
Debbie Kaplan
Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Kaplan is responsible for talent acquisition, associate development and promoting diversity, along with managing all HR related programs. She has specific expertise balancing strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results. Kaplan earned a BA in Communications and Business Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and holds a MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, San Diego.
Eric Valenzuela
Vice President and General Manager, Commercial Division
Mr. Valenzuela is responsible for the strategic direction and operations of nliven’s non-Government business. He is a proven leader of high-performing sales and operations teams—from technology startups to large Fortune 500 companies. Valenzuela graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Computer Science and served as a U.S. Naval Officer.
Robert Rasmussen
Director, Government Operations
Mr. Rasmussen is responsible for the on time, within budget delivery of all Government contract awards. He is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional with unique experience delivering 3rd and 4th generation mobile networks and network management systems. Rasmussen is a US Navy Veteran and earned his MBA from National University.
